Is a modified coal tar epoxy coating that conforms to the bureau of ship specification MIL-P-23236, type I&II Class II. It is recommended coating for concrete & metal underground pipes. Have properties of moisture barrier that serve also as waterproofing paint. Required thickness must be obtained.
