System Use
A. Floor Coating System
Application: Parking areas, recreational zones, sports surfaces, architectural floors
System Composition:
1. Surface Preparation:
– Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and sound
– Mechanical grinding or shot blasting recommended for best adhesion
2. Priming Layer (optional based on porosity):
– Coatguard 110 (1 coat)
Penetrating primer that improves adhesion and seals the surface
3. Build Coat (for leveling or surface correction):
– Coatguard 114 (1 to 3 coats)
High-build polyurethane for patching or surface leveling
4. Topcoat:
– Polimaster 675 (2 coats)
UV-stable polyurethane for abrasion resistance and long-term durability
B. Tank / Metal Exterior Paint System
Application: Exposed outdoor metal surfaces such as tanks, pipes, and structural steel
System Composition:
1. Surface Preparation:
– Remove rust, mill scale, or old coatings via sandblasting or power tool cleaning
– Surface must be dry and free from oil, grease, and dust
2. Primer Coat:
– Coatguard 110 (1 coat)
Standard primer for general metal applications
– Coatguard 220 Zinc Rich Primer (1 coat)
Use in place of Coatguard 110 when high corrosion resistance is needed, especially in harsh or marine environments.
3. Topcoat:
– Polimaster 675 (2 coats)
Polyurethane finish with weather, UV, and chemical resistance
Ideal for outdoor durability
C. Furniture PU Protection System
Application: Indoor and outdoor wooden or engineered furniture
Option 1 – Colored Finish (Solid Color Look)
1. Surface Preparation:
– Sand surface smooth, clean of dust and contaminants
– Ensure substrate is dry and free of oil or wax
2. Filler/Leveling Layer (if needed):
– Coatguard 114
Used to patch deep holes, cracks, or uneven areas
3. Primer (if needed):
– Coatguard 110 (1 coat)
Enhances adhesion and seals porous areas
4. Topcoat:
– Polimaster 675 (Colored) – 2 coats
Pigmented polyurethane with a durable, protective finish
Ideal for high-use furniture and surfaces
Option 2 – Clear Finish (Natural Wood Look)
1. Surface Preparation:
– Sand to bare wood, remove all dust, dirt, or grease
– Apply wood stain or sealer if desired prior to clear coat
2. Topcoat:
– Polimaster 670 (Clear) – 2 coats
Transparent polyurethane coating that enhances natural grain and provides protection
Suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor use
